"Great company! We were dealing with a series of issues with our water and turned to John at HydroFLOW Northeast. It turned out that our water was more that 3X the accepted rate for hard water. This unit has been spectacular - The washing machine/clothing issue has resolved and we can notice whiter whites. Similarly we're seeing cleaner dishes in the dishwasher and my hair feels so much softer. Ladies with blonde hair - This is a game changer. My hair is also no longer turning orange. We loved that this was considerably less expensive than a water softener and much better for the environment. I should also note that the customer service was beyond exceptional. He returned a few times when we had issues (not the company's fault, it was on our end) to help us sort out some power. Highly recommend!
